2008: A year of Jon, Part 2

5. I developed a cheap, pseudo-grilled pizza version. This is based on the type of pizzas served at Geppetto's in Providence, RI. My type of pizza would be even better if Mark would ever send me the dough he promised. If you ever want to try my version (3 out of 3 people enjoyed it), let me know.

4. We lived in Los Angeles for the entire year. This is significant because of the best thing about living in LA: no matter where you are the weather is better here. I was in the car the other day and the weather came on. At 5:30 in the evening it was 75 degrees and clear.

3. We bought the DVD of the greatest movie ever this past year.

I will not argue about this. Greatest. Movie. Ever. In. The. World. (At least in the last couple of years). Plus one of my good friends plays an integral part in the movie and steals every scene he is in.

2. In February I went to Park City with the in-laws. With really only four or so days of skiing I started skiing blue level runs. I started skiing three years ago.

1. We bought annual passes to Disneyland. Definitely one of our better investments on the year(kind of wish we hadn't bought an IRA). You know how after someone wins the Super Bowl they say "I'm going to Disneyland", we can do that whenever we want to and I didn't have to spend twenty-seven years in training so that I could be an elite athlete and then have a 1 in sixteen chance of my team even making the Super Bowl. Of course if I had, I would be able to go to Disneyland whenever I wanted to and I could afford to eat there as well.

Transformers was good, but Dark Knight was better
